Since 1998 a multi-disciplinary Spanish team who go by the name of CAUCA have been working to bring a smile back to the faces of boys and girls in the Palestinian Territories. Using art therapy, the team holds workshops aimed at alleviating the symptoms of stress and anxiety the children suffer and helping them to live with the trauma and violence of war.

Two members of CAUCA, Diego López Calvín and Verónica Alcácer del Río, have produced a photographic record of this experience.
